Very happy with C&G. I had a unit that was not cooling and they were able to squeeze me in for a service appointment very quickly. The tech showed up on time, figured out the issue, explained what was wrong and quickly fixed it. The overall charge was fair and I definitely will continue using C&G for my HVAC needs.

The 3-man team that did my HVAC install were all outstanding. Very professional, competent and friendly. If any needs arise with my new system, then I’m sure they’ll respond quickly and resolve the situation to my satisfaction.

James, the technician, was excellent. As a newly single person who’s not had to do her own PM before, he patiently and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as he checked the filter flow, cleaned the AC unit and tested the air temp coming out of the vents. The appointment set up was quick and easy as I got on their schedule the same week I called. All around excellent experience for a fair price. I’ve already noted to used C&G going forward.

I called them on Thursday morning and they were willing to come out that day, it didn’t work schedule wise but 1st thing Friday morning they were out. Our furnace was making a noise the the guy that came out was very nice, drove out to get the part and was back within about an hour or so.

He did a general service, put in the new motor and was very nice and quick about things. Price wise, well what can I say; no one likes paying $700 on house things but I feel for the labor and part and service it is what it is. Can’t go without heat.

I would defiantly refer them.

I had my second service/maintenance call today. Very happy with my service and the technician. Ryan was on time, professional and thorough with explaining the service on my unit. I also appreciate the reminder for service postcards. Overall, this company from start to finish excels in every area of customer service. I would rate them a 10 If possible.

Reliable, honest, fast = what more could you want with AC repair?!

This is not the first time I’ve used C&G, however today is particularly noteworthy because it is 104 degrees, and of course, this is the day my AC decides to stop working. Within 90 minutes of calling C&G, Larry, who is extremely professional and through, was working on the problem, 2 and 1/2 hours from the time I initially called, my AC was working again. YIPPEE – thanks Larry and C&G for being so awesome all of the time.

Cody was extremely polite and able to get my unit up and running in no time. This is the second time I’ve used C&G and will recommend them every time. Even the first time when James was out to recharge me unit both gentlemen were nice and professional.

C&G Heating & Cooling has been taking care of my heating and ac work for many years. Always, nice people, and good work. This morning, ac wasn’t working. Called in for appt. Figured it’d be a day or two. Supposed to hit 100° today. C&G/Harley had the ac fixed and running in less than 1 hour 30 minutes. Capacitor. That’s great service! Gene

Your technician Cody came during the time you specified and worked on our furnace for approximately 20 minutes and got the furnace running again. He explained what was wrong with it and what he did to fix it. I price seemed reasonable too. Thank you Cody and C&G heating and cooling. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.

As crazy as it is for these guys now. They where able to get us in. Then when he got here he got straight to the problem fixed it and had us up and going in no time will be my go to for now on. Thanks C&G Heating and Cooling

We had a top notch team of installers on May 22, 2018. Scott, Noal, & Brad were professional, considerate, and extremely polite. We not only had a new AC & coil put in, but also a new register in our kitchen, at the recommendation of another company. They started the job about 745/8am and were finished by 230pm. I will recommend C & G to anyone who asks. Thank you!

The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent the time to explain to me the difference in different HVAC systems. Also is very flexible and understanding of my own personal needs. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a Livingsocial deal for a furnace inspection/tune-up for $29 because my husband and I were just discussing having our furnace looked at. I checked the review, and since it was glowing, I thought I’d go for it.

I bought the deal 2 days ago and was able to make an appointment for 7:30am this morning. Talk about a quick turnaround! Larry arrived right away at 7:30am, did his thing, and was finished by 8:10am or so. He explained that everything looked good, but old, which we knew. He didn’t push us to replace anything right away, but did suggest we consider a replacement soon-ish since our unit is 21 years old already. Yikes! I appreciated his honesty and will do some research into when we should replace our unit. When we do, I’m sure I’ll be calling C&G.
